Adventure Learning Center

On a warm summer morning at Fort Des Moines Park in Des Moines, IA, La Petite Academy met up with the Adventure Learning Center (ALC) Staff to discover a new way of working together.

With bags of noodles, rubber chickens, cones and ropes, the ALC staff grabbed their backpacks and hit the road in one of our many portable challenge programs.

It is through cooperative games and energizers, the participants age 5-10, had an opportunity to not only run in the sun shine, but learn to work together through communication and fun.
